Job Title: Senior Accounts Manager

Department: Accounts / Finance

Location: Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records

- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions

- Review and approve invoices, payments, and journal entries

- Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory filings

- Handle financial reporting, MIS, and month-end/year-end closing

- Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow

- Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits

- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations

- Analyze financial data and provide insights for cost control and profitability

- Supervise and guide the accounts team

- Coordinate with operations team for billing and revenue tracking





Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com)

- Solid knowledge of accounting standards, GST, and taxation

- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (ERP)

- Solid analytical and leadership skills

- Excellent attention to detail

Experience:

- 4–5 years of experience in accounting/finance

- Prior experience in logistics/transport industry preferred

- Experience in team handling is mandatory

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
