Role Description the Sponsorship Sales Professional is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role involves identifying and qualifying sponsorship prospects via different platforms like LinkedIn, Sales Navigator AI or another advanced search engines, maintain data base, and drafting sponsorship proposals aligned with client and partner objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include market research, pipeline management, sales reporting, and maintaining a high-quality brands database.

Qualifications

- Strong sponsorship and B2B sales skills, including prospecting,



relationship management, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Experience in marketing and branding, with the ability to align sponsorship offerings with brand positioning and audience engagement goals.
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis to identify opportunities, segment target sponsors, and support strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skills, with attention to detail and a persuasive, client-focused approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic MS Office or similar productivity software.
- Prior experience in sponsorship sales, media, events, or consulting is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
