Assess patients with speech, language, voice, and communication disorders.
Develop individualized speech and language therapy plans.
Provide therapy for children and adults with communication difficulties.
Treat conditions such as articulation problems, stammering, aphasia, and voice disorders.
Assess and support patients with swallowing difficulties when within scope of practice.
Monitor and document patient progress and treatment outcomes.
Educate patients and caregivers about home-based exercises and therapy.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate patient records and therapy reports.
Follow hospital policies, infection-control practices, and qualified standards.
Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and rehabilitation programs.
