As a Product Owner at Accelya, you bridge customer and business needs with the development organisation, ensuring the Agile team delivers valuable, customer-focused products. You work closely with the Product Manager, Architects and Development team to define requirements, prioritise the backlog and drive successful product delivery.

What Will You Do?

- Own the development stage of the product lifecycle in partnership with the PM.
- Define requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria with key stakeholders.
- Represent customer and business needs and prioritise the product backlog.
- Collaborate with development teams on estimates, capacity and release timelines.
- Adapt plans based on stakeholder feedback while ensuring quality, security and design.

What Do You Need to Know?

- 6+ years of experience in Product Owner roles.
- Experience in the airline industry is mandatory.
- Expertise in end-to-end workflow solutions leveraging NDC.
- Experience with platform/API solutions and business-user-facing applications.
- Solid understanding of technical and platform concepts.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience working in Agile teams; SAFe experience is an advantage.
