Robust knowledge of Core HR functions, Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Learning & Development, HR Compliance & Labour Laws, HR Operations, HRIS, HR Analytics & Reporting, and Stakeholder Management
- Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle
- Support recruitment, onboarding and talent acquisition
- Manage employee relations, engagement and grievances
- Coordinate performance management and L&D; initiatives
- Support payroll, compensation and benefits administration
- Ensure HR policy and statutory compliance
- Maintain HR records, HRIS and employee documentation
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards and analytics
- Support HR projects and process improvements
- Partner with managers and employees on HR matters
