Role & responsibilities

We are seeking experienced, Spanish-speaking Instructional Designers to support an upcoming client engagement. The selected professionals will work remotely to design and develop engaging, learner-focused instructional content in Spanish. Candidates must reside and be legally able to work in a location where the Client has the required operational infrastructure currently India, the United States, Canada, and potentially Mexico.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop instructional content and learning experiences in Spanish.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, project managers, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into effective learning solutions.
- Create and review course materials, including learning objectives, instructional content, activities, assessments, and supporting resources.
- Ensure content is accurate, culturally appropriate, learner-friendly, and aligned with project quality standards.
- Support revisions and incorporate feedback within agreed project timelines.
- Work independently in a remote, fast-paced project environment.

Preferred candidate profile

- Professional fluency in Spanish,



with solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience as an Instructional Designer, Learning Designer, Curriculum Developer, or similar role.
- Experience designing structured learning content, assessments, and learner activities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with SMEs and internal project teams.
- Strong attention to detail, ownership, and ability to manage deadlines.
- Must reside or work in India, the United States, Canada, or potentially Mexico.

Preferred Qualification:

- Experience working on digital learning, eLearning, higher education, corporate learning, or professional-development projects.
- Familiarity with learning management systems, particularly D2L/Brightspace.
- Experience developing Spanish-language learning content for diverse learner audiences.

Hourly Rate: USD 40 per hour You must take the necessary steps to safeguard the integrity, security, and confidentiality of shared confidential information.
