Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Spare Parts / Inventory Asst. Manager to manage spare parts inventory, ensure proper stock control, and support workshop operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely availability of parts for vehicle servicing.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage spare parts inventory for heavy commercial vehicles.
- Maintain accurate stock records, inventory reports, and documentation.
- Ensure timely availability of spare parts for workshop operations.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and reorder requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams for parts ordering.
- Conduct regular stock audits and inventory reconciliation.
- Implement inventory control systems to minimize losses and discrepancies.
- Maintain proper storage, labeling, and bin management of parts.
- Support service advisors and technicians by providing required parts efficiently.




- Prepare inventory analysis and management reports.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of automobile spare parts management
- Experience in inventory control
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills
- Ability to work with inventory software / SAP systems
- Strong coordination and team management skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel and reporting

Qualifications

- Graduate / Diploma in Automobile, Mechanical, or Business Management
- 3–5 years of experience in automobile parts management
- Experience with commercial vehicle spare parts will be preferred
