Job Location: Noida(Work from Office)

In this role, you will be responsible to demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation and/or improvement Active user of Internet and online applications.

Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors through research, networking, and market analysis to meet organizational procurement needs.
- Assess supplier capabilities, quality standards, reliability, and pricing models to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing,



and terms with suppliers to secure favorable agreements and maximize cost efficiency.
- Monitor supplier performance, proactively resolving discrepancies, risks, or service issues to maintain consistent delivery.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand sourcing requirements and ensure timely procurement solutions.
- Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and best practices to enhance sourcing strategies and procurement effectiveness.
- Maintain comprehensive records and reports on supplier evaluations, contracts, and procurement activities to support decision-making and compliance.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

- Academic qualification : Degree in Science/Commerce/Engineering.
- Must have sound knowledge of English, Good written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of planning-procurement/purchasing process in manufacturing industry. Experience on handling planning and procurement of direct materials.
- Should have practical knowledge of Oracle ERP /SAP modules (Production planning or Material Management module as end user).
- Should have basic knowledge of MS-Office.
- Should have proven experience

Preferred qualifications

- Previous experience in a customer service role chat/email/voice
- Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills




- Problem solving skills with customer centric approach Demonstrated proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent
- Must be able to work on a versatile schedule (including weekend shift)
