Junior / Senior Recruiter with a minimum of 2+ Years of experience with proven experience in Sourcing and Closing Mid, Senior, and Leadership IT positions.

- Strong Experience working on Niche, Super Niche, Volume Hiring skills Tech Stacks such as AI ML, Enterprise Applications, Data, Development/Coding Stacks. Telecom Roles, Semiconductor Roles, etc
- Experience working for Clients such as - LTM, ITC Infotech, Wipro, Sasken for Permanent Hirings.
- Knack of working on Emerging and Trending Technologies
- Experience using various Client Portals
- Proficiency in Naukri, Foundiit, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, Boolean search, GitHub, Stack Overflow, X-Ray search, and other sourcing platforms
- Should be familiar with different technologies pertaining to the IT Positions.
- Should ensure to deliver profiles with quick turn around time.
- Assess the candidate's experience with reference to the JD.




- Making effective use of resources such as Job Portals, Headhunting, Social Media, and Referrals.
- Must have positive communication skills with a good attitude to interact with candidates and clients.
- Must be self-disciplined and work independently with motivation to close positions.

Working Days - Monday - Saturday (Alternate saturdays off - based on your choosing)

Compensation:

Fixed salary : 12000 - 15000/-

- Incentive SLABS :
- Upto 1 Lacs billing amount - 5 %
- 1 Lac to 2 Lac Billing Amount - 10 %
- 2 Lac to 3 Lac Billing Amount - 12 %
- Above 3 Lacs Billing amount - 15% (no upper CAP)

An average 40K/month can be earnded with billing amount of 4 Lacs per month.
