Role Overview: Lead the sourcing/channel partner team to build a solid, consistent lead pipeline across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Sourcing Managers/Executives and their CP networks
- Design sourcing strategies and monthly lead-generation plans
- Monitor CP relationships and resolve escalations
- Set and track team-wise sourcing/lead targets
- Coordinate with marketing for campaigns, events, and site activations
- Report pipeline health and sourcing ROI to management
Requirements:
- 28 years in real estate channel sales, with prior team-lead experience
- Strong existing broker/CP network in Navi Mumbai/Mumbai region
- Leadership and strategic planning skills
- Data-driven approach to lead tracking and reporting
