Role & responsibilities

- Source and onboard new Channel Partners to expand the companys CP network.

- Meet regularly with CPs and build strong, long-term business relationships.

- Generate quality site visits through Channel Partners for ongoing projects.

- Follow up with CPs and clients regarding leads, site visits, and requirements.

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handling of CP-generated leads.

- Follow up with clients after site visits and support the team in converting leads into closures.

- Maintain regular communication with CPs to increase lead generation and conversions.

- Track CP performance, leads, site visits, bookings, and closures.

- Achieve assigned site visit, booking, and sales targets.

Preferred candidate profile

- Prior experience in Real Estate Sourcing / CP Management.

- Valuable knowledge of the real estate market.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- Comfortable with field work and travelling.

- Target-oriented and proactive.
