Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SOP Implementation Specialist with 10+ years of experience in SOP development, process mapping, and compliance management to strengthen operational processes across departments.

Key Responsibilities

SOP Development & Ownership:

- Develop and implement end-to-end SOPs across departments and branches.
- Map processes and align them with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure uniform SOP implementation and compliance across locations.
- Conduct internal audits, compliance reviews, and identify process gaps.




- Drive corrective actions and continuous process improvement.
- Train teams on SOP adherence and operational best practices.
- Prepare compliance and audit reports for management.

Key Skills

- Solid experience in SOP development and process documentation.
- Knowledge of compliance, audit, and governance practices.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel for documentation and reporting.
- Solid analytical, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Requirements

- 10+ years of relevant experience in SOP creation or process improvement.
- Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt preferred).
- Experience in pharma or related industry will be an advantage.
