About Aakar One
Aakar One is a Factory ERP with CAD built into its heart — made in India, for Indian manufacturers. A factory draws its product once, mixes it as a recipe, or simply lists it, and weight, cost and a safe selling price follow for any size. That same record then runs the whole day: quotation, order, job card, shop floor, QA, stock, invoice, e-way bill, GST, books and payroll. Nothing is typed twice.
We work with rubber, plastic, PVC, metal, concrete, foam, cable, packaging, tyres, paints and 24 more industries. We are based in Gurugram and started in September 2026 — you will be one of our first team members and will shape how Aakar One reaches factories across India.
The role
This is not a "call and forget" sales job. You will be the person a factory owner trusts: you understand how their factory works, show them Aakar One on their own products, close the deal, set the software up on their floor, train their people, and stay with them after go-live.
What you will do
Sales
- Find and reach manufacturers (MSMEs) through calls, visits, LinkedIn, trade associations, industrial areas and referrals
- Run live demos — in English and Hindi — using the customer's own products and numbers
- Understand the customer's needs and recommend the right plan and modules
- Prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate, and close deals
- Keep the sales pipeline updated and hit monthly targets
Consulting
- Visit factories and understand their process: products, raw materials, costing, production, stock, dispatch and accounts
- Map their products into Aakar One: draw them, build recipes, set rates and routes
- Show owners where they are losing money — wrong rates, wastage, stock — and how the software fixes it
Setup and implementation
- Install and configure Aakar One at the customer's site or on cloud
- Load masters: products, materials, customers, suppliers, opening stock, rates
- Train owners, supervisors, store, sales and accounts staff, in simple Hindi or English
- Stay on-site through go-live until the factory runs on it daily
Support and maintenance
- Be the customer's first point of contact after go-live
- Solve day-to-day questions and report issues to the product team
- Handle AMC renewals, upgrades and upselling of new modules
- Collect feedback and success stories, and ask happy customers for referrals and reviews
Who we are looking for
Must have
- 2–6 years' experience in any of: ERP sales, ERP implementation, manufacturing, production planning, costing, or B2B technical sales

- Basic knowledge of GST, invoicing and e-way bills
- Very positive spoken Hindi and English; comfortable talking to factory owners and shop-floor staff
- Comfortable with computers and quick to learn software
- Willing to travel to factories in Delhi NCR and nearby states
Good to have
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Production, Chemical, Polymer or Industrial Engineering, or an MBA
- Experience with Tally, SAP Business One, Marg, Busy, or any manufacturing ERP
- Knowledge of CAD, costing or quotation work in a factory
- Experience in rubber, plastic, metal, packaging or similar industries
- An existing network among manufacturers
What we offer
- Fixed salary plus attractive incentives on every deal and AMC renewal
- Travel allowance for customer visits
- Full training on Aakar One — you will know it inside out
- Early-team role: direct work with the founder, fast growth, and a real say in the product
- The chance to help thousands of Indian factories run smarter
