About the Role

We are looking for a Solution Consultant with strong experience in Credit Risk, Financial Analysis, Business Intelligence or related analytical functions.

The role involves working alongside the sales team during client engagements to understand business requirements, interpret financial and risk information, and demonstrate how the company's solutions can create measurable business value.

This is a specialist/overlay role supporting sales pursuits rather than independently owning client accounts or carrying an individual sales quota.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the sales team during key client meetings, presentations and business reviews.
- Analyse client requirements and develop data-driven business cases.
- Interpret credit reports, financial statements, risk scores and other analytical outputs.
- Conduct client-facing sessions to explain reports, findings and their business implications.
- Translate complex financial and analytical information into clear commercial recommendations.
- Quantify the potential business impact and cost/risk associated with inaction.
- Support cross-selling and account-expansion opportunities by developing a solid value proposition.
- Work closely with Sales/Territory Managers throughout the sales cycle.
- Prepare presentations, analysis and supporting documentation for client discussions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions aligned with client requirements.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should have:

- Strong understanding of credit risk and financial analysis.
- Ability to read and interpret balance sheets, financial ratios and risk scorecards.




- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong client-facing and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate complex analytical findings in simple business language.
- A consultative and value-based approach to client conversations.
- Ability to develop evidence-based and quantified business cases.
- Confidence working alongside sales professionals during live client discussions.
- Ability to collaborate without taking ownership away from the relationship manager/salesperson.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration or a related field.
