Working Schedule

- 6am to 3pm EST

We are looking for a US Solar Permit Submitter to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and submit solar permit applications and documents.
- Upload plans and required documents through online permitting portals.
- Track permit application status and follow up on pending submissions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve documentation or submission issues.
- Maintain accurate records and updates for all permit applications.
- Manage multiple applications while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in solar permitting, construction permitting, AHJ coordination or related operations.
- Familiarity with online permitting portals and documentation processes.
- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.




- Experience in US solar permitting will be an added advantage.
