Job Summary:
The Software Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth functioning of software applications for clients and internal users. The role involves diagnosing problems, resolving incidents, and coordinating with development and infrastructure teams to deliver timely solutions.
Technical Skills Required:
- Knowledge of databases such as SQL Server / MySQL / Oracle
- Basic understanding of Windows Server
- Experience with application support and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of log analysis and code debugging (.net)
- Familiarity with API, Web Services, and networking basics
