ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Software Engineer – Vistex, you will support the design, development, configuration, and maintenance of SAP Vistex solutions in pricing, rebates, incentives, and chargebacks. You will collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand business processes and deliver scalable, high-performing Vistex enhancements aligned with enterprise requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education and Certifications

- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field from a recognized institution
- Certifications such as SAP Certified Development Associate – ABAP with SAP NetWeaver or a Vistex functional/technical certification are preferred

Required Experience

- 1–4 years in SAP ABAP, including 1+ year in Vistex with focus on




- Experience in at least one full-cycle Vistex implementation or major enhancement
- Support expertise in Vistex Sales Rebates, Pricing, and Agreements

Essential Skills

- Strong SAP ABAP programming skills, including reports, BAPIs, BADIs, enhancements, and user exits
- Good understanding of Vistex data structures, Workbench, Deal Management, and ViZi analytics/dashboard customization
- Knowledge of pricing, claiming support, and rebate processes within SAP SD or MM
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Vistex programs, ViZi dashboards, and related interfaces
- Experience in analyzing functional specifications and converting them into robust technical solutions

Desired Skills

- Exposure to SmartForms, Adobe Forms, and IDocs
- Basic understanding of integration with SAP SD, FI, BW, and Vistex modules, including pricing and claiming support processes
- Familiarity with ViZi analytics and knowledge of Fiori or SAP UI5 enhancements for Vistex is an advantage
- Experience working in Agile development environments

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Delivery and Execution

- Support the design, development, testing, and deployment of Vistex solutions, including pricing and claiming support processes
- Develop custom ABAP enhancements, interfaces, and ViZi dashboards for Vistex modules
- Collaborate with functional teams during requirement gathering and solution design sessions
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to pricing, rebates, claims, and chargebacks

Support and Enablement

- Prepare and maintain documentation for technical designs, test scripts, system configurations, and ViZi dashboard setups
- Work collaboratively with onshore and offshore teams to deliver high quality Vistex solutions, including pricing and claiming support
- Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization of Vistex programs and ViZi analytics
- Stay updated on the latest Vistex and SAP enhancement packs, releases, and product roadmaps
