Key Requirements:*
- Strong production-grade software engineering experience
- Robust proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or similar
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications / agentic systems
- Strong understanding of LLMs, prompts, context management, tool use, structured outputs, memory, and model selection
- Experience building AI agents / agent loops involving planning, tool use, execution, observation, and recovery
- Experience with workflow orchestration, graphs, state machines, or multi-step AI workflows
- Strong experience with APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and modern software engineering
- Experience taking solutions from discovery → prototype → validation → production
- Strong client-facing / stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, communication, and ownership skills

Preferred Skills:

- AI agent frameworks / workflow engines / coding agents
- RAG, embeddings,



vector databases, knowledge graphs, fine-tuning, or model routing
- AI evaluation, regression testing, human evaluation, and production monitoring
- AI observability, tracing, token/cost analysis, latency monitoring

- AI security: prompt injection, data leakage, excessive agency, insecure tool usage
- AWS / Azure / GCP
