About the Role

We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O;) Developer with strong X++ development expertise to design, build, and enhance enterprise-scale solutions within the D365 ecosystem.

- Develop and maintain custom extensions, classes, integrations, and enhancements using X++ in Dynamics 365 F&O.;
- Design and implement Data Entities, APIs, OData services, and data migration packages for integrations and reporting.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Manage development lifecycle activities using Azure DevOps and Lifecycle Services (LCS) while adhering to ALM best practices.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and support F&O; applications while ensuring performance, code quality, and security compliance.

What We Need





- 5-6 years of hands-on experience developing solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O;) using X++.
- Strong understanding of Finance modules and underlying data structures including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Project Accounting.
- Proven expertise with Azure DevOps, LCS, Data Entities, OData, REST APIs, SQL, and enterprise integration frameworks.
- Comfortable using AI tools responsibly to improve productivity, quality, research, documentation, and day-to-day work outcomes.
- Expected to adopt AI-enabled ways of working while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, compliance, and human review of outputs.

Nice to Have

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Developer Associate or Solution Architect certification.
- Experience integrating D365 F&O; with Dynamics CRM, Power Platform, or Azure Data Factory.
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI for workflow automation and reporting.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, DevOps practices, and enterprise-scale release management.
- Experience with C#, .NET frameworks, SSIS, and advanced performance optimization techniques.
