Job Summary

Shastika Global Impex private limited is looking for a Software Developer who can independently handle and manage our entire ERP system - from development to deployment and support.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Development & Management:

- Fully handle ERP system - development, customization, implementation &

maintenance
- Develop and modify ERP modules as per business requirements
- Manage ERP database, backend logic, and front-end interface

Technical Responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of any ERP tech stack (PHP / Python / .NET / Java) +

MySQL / SQL Server
- Handle ERP integrations with other tools / APIs
- Fix bugs, optimize performance, and ensure ERP security
- Create reports, dashboards, and automations in ERP





Business Support
- Understand requirements from all departments (Sales, Purchase, Accounts,

Inventory)
- Provide ERP training and technical support to staff
- Ensure smooth daily operations of ERP without downtime
- Manage data backup, user roles, and permissions

Requirements
- B.E / http://B.Tech / MCA / http://M.Sc IT background
- 1+ years hands-on experience with any ERP system (Custom ERP, Odoo,

SAP B1, ERPNext preferred)
- Positive knowledge of Coding, Database Management & Server handling
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
