Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize and maintain CRM, ERP and web-based business applications .
- Understand business requirements and convert them into practical technical solutions.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party APIs .
- Work on frontend, backend and database components of applications.
- Design and manage database structures, queries and data integrations.
- Develop new modules, features, workflows and business functionalities.
- Troubleshoot application issues and improve application performance.
- Integrate internal and external systems as required.
- Participate in testing, debugging, deployment and maintenance.




- Work on application security, authentication and authorization.
- Take ownership of assigned development tasks from requirement understanding to deployment.
- Coordinate with management and internal teams to understand business requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.

Required Skills
- 4-8 years of hands-on software development experience .
- Experience developing CRM, ERP or business applications .
- Good understanding of frontend and backend development.
- Experience with REST APIs and third-party API integrations .
- Valuable knowledge of databases such as MySQL / PostgreSQL / SQL Server .
- Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab.
