We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker specializing in medical and psychiatric care to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of the elderly.

Key Responsibilities:

*Assess the physical ,emotional , and social needs of elderly residents.

*Create and follow care plans in collaboration with medical staff.

*provide counseling to residents and their families.

*Coordinate with doctors and other professionals for effective care.

*Handle emergencies related to mental health or elder abuse.

*Advocate for residents and raise awareness about geriatric care.

Qualifications





*Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) have specialization in Medical and psychiatry.

*Robust understanding of elderly care, medical and mental health issues.

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

*Empathy, patience and a genuine interest in working with the elderly
