nZenQB is an AI-powered exam preparation platform that helps students practice previous-year questions, generate question papers, and get AI-powered explanations.

nWe are looking for a Social Media & Content Creator to help us build ZenQB's presence across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other relevant social platforms.

nThis is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating engaging educational content and understands how to turn product features and student needs into short-form content.

nWhat you'll do

n

- Create short-form videos/Reels/Shorts promoting ZenQB and its features.
n
- Develop content ideas around exam preparation, question papers, study tips, and common student challenges.
n
- Create engaging educational posts, stories, and other social media content.
n
- Identify relevant content trends and adapt them appropriately for an education brand.
n
- Manage and maintain a consistent social media content calendar.
n
- Experiment with different hooks, formats, captions, and calls-to-action.
n
- Track basic performance metrics such as views, engagement, clicks, registrations, and follower growth.
n
- Work directly with the ZenQB team to test new content ideas and campaigns.
n
- Help build awareness and user acquisition for ZenQB through organic social media.

nWhat we're looking for

n

- Experience creating content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, or similar platforms.
n
- Strong understanding of short-form video content and social media trends.
n
- Good writing and communication skills.
n
- Ability to create compelling hooks, captions, and calls-to-action.
n
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar content-creation tools.
n
- Ability to understand an audience and create content relevant to their interests and needs.
n
- Comfortable working independently and experimenting with different content formats.
n
- Interest in education, technology, AI, or digital products is a plus.
n

nNice to have

- Experience with education, EdTech, student-focused, or technology brands.
n
- Basic knowledge of Instagram Insights, YouTube Analytics, or Google Analytics.
n
- Experience creating UGC-style or talking-head videos.
n
- Familiarity with Malayalam and/or English content is a plus.
n
- Experience growing a social media account organically.

nInitial engagement

nWe would like to begin with a paid 7-day trial assignment to evaluate content quality, creativity, communication, and understanding of the ZenQB audience.

nThe initial trial will involve creating a small set of sample social media content and proposing a short content plan.

nSuccessful candidates can continue on a monthly part time/contract engagement.
