Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in content creation, social media management, community engagement, analytics, LinkedIn growth, and personal branding.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Content

- Plan and maintain content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Create, write, design, and schedule daily posts, carousels, reels, and short-form content.
- Publish long-form articles and thought-leadership content on LinkedIn.
- Develop content strategies to improve brand visibility, engagement, and audience growth.

Email & Podcast Management

- Manage email marketing campaigns and conduct A/B testing to improve engagement and conversions.
- Edit, prepare, and publish weekly podcast episodes.
- Coordinate content and promotional activities for podcast and digital campaigns.

Community & Lead Management

- Manage daily community engagement across social platforms.
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions professionally.
- Drive strategic engagement through 20+ meaningful comments daily.
- Maintain and regularly update lead tracking data.
- Support inbound and outbound lead-generation activities.

Analytics & Growth

- Track cross-platform performance metrics and prepare weekly performance dashboards.
- Analyze content performance and identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Conduct competitor and market research to improve content strategies.
- Optimize campaigns and content based on data and audience insights.

YouTube & LinkedIn Growth

- Optimize long-form and short-form YouTube content using keyword and SEO strategies.
- Drive LinkedIn growth through content-led strategies and Sales Navigator.




- Support personal branding initiatives for founders and leadership.
- Work closely with leadership to strengthen brand presence and business growth.

Project Support

- Support the creation of pitch decks, campaign materials, presentations, and other marketing projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams on special campaigns and brand initiatives.

Required Skills & Competencies

- 13 years of experience in Social Media Management / Digital Marketing / Content Marketing.
- Robust knowledge of major social media platforms.
- Excellent content writing and creative thinking skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking.
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and YouTube optimization.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator will be preferred.
- Strong communication and community management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, graphic design, or video editing tools will be an advantage.
