About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented PPC Executive to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have an analytical mindset and a strong interest in performance marketing and e-commerce growth.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and marketplaces

Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads for better ROI and conversions

Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for campaign improvements

Performance Tracking

Analyze ad performance, clicks, impressions, and conversion data

Prepare regular campaign reports and performance insights

Optimize budgets and bidding strategies to improve campaign efficiency

Collaboration

Coordinate with the design and content teams for ad creatives and marketing materials

Support promotional campaigns and seasonal sales activities





Training & Development

On-the-job training will be provided for campaign management and optimization

Learn customer targeting, ad strategies, and performance marketing techniques

Continuous support to improve analytical and digital advertising skills

Requirements

Basic knowledge of Google Ads or paid marketing platforms

Understanding of keywords, CPC, CTR, and campaign optimization

0–2 years of experience (Freshers with strong interest are welcome)

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage tasks under deadlines
