About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketer to manage and grow our digital presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, audience engagement, and digital growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create engaging content, including posts, reels, videos, stories, and campaigns.
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Monitor social media trends, audience behaviour, and competitor activities.
- Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and leads.
- Track and analyze social media performance using relevant analytics tools.
- Improve brand visibility, engagement, and audience growth.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams to develop creative campaigns.




- Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing / Digital Marketing.
- Good knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Experience in Meta Ads / Google Ads will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of Canva or basic video/content editing tools is an added advantage.
