Social Media InternRemote | 4 Months | 6 Hours/Day, 6 Days/Week | Unpaid Internship

About the RoleWe are looking for a Social Media Intern to build, grow, and manage INFINEO's social media presence across digital platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts) from the ground up.

You will work on creating engaging visual posts, short-form video content (Reels, Shorts), writing sharp captions, managing content calendars, executing daily posting schedules, and refining content strategies based on audience engagement.

What You'll Do

- Create visually clean, structured social media posts, carousel graphics, and stories using Canva
- Produce short-form video content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) for educational storytelling and character-building themes
- Write clear, engaging, and age-tailored captions with relevant hashtags and call-to-actions (CTAs)
- Manage and execute a consistent daily posting schedule across social channels to build brand presence from scratch
- Experiment with diverse content formats, visual styles, and trending hooks to increase organic reach and engagement
- Track post metrics, analyze performance insights, and iterate content strategies based on team feedback and data

What We're Looking For
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Canva (required)
- Ability to create clean, simple, visually appealing, and well-structured media assets
- High execution discipline and commitment to maintaining regular, disciplined posting schedules
- Strong written communication skills for writing engaging, punchy social media captions
- Growth mindset, receptiveness to creative feedback,



and willingness to continuously improve content quality

Good to Have
- Basic short-form video editing skills using Canva, CapCut, Premiere Rush, or mobile editing apps
- Understanding of social media algorithms, viral hooks, and engagement trends
- Interest in children's education, visual storytelling, EdTech, or character building
- Exposure to AI tools (Canva AI, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude) for content ideas, caption drafting, or prompt generation
