Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Intern role based in Bengaluru. The intern will support daily management of social media channels, including planning, creating, and publishing content across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.

Responsibilities include assisting in campaign execution, monitoring trends, engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and helping maintain a consistent brand voice.



The role involves collaborating with the marketing and training teams to promote courses, events, webinars, and success stories, as well as tracking basic performance metrics and preparing simple reports. The intern will also contribute ideas for new content formats, participation campaigns, and community-building activities.

Qualifications

- Ability to demonstrate skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing for brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Strong Social Media Content Creation skills, including basic copywriting, visual storytelling, and familiarity with short-form video or graphic tools.
- Foundational Marketing understanding, including target audiences, positioning, and campaign support.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Interest in AI, technology, or education, with a willingness to learn about the company’s programs and translate them into engaging social content.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and platform insights (e.g., reach, engagement, click-through rate) is beneficial.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field is preferred.
- Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, startup setting.
