Hotbox Production is a creative production house working with brands to create high-quality visual content, product photography, videos, and social media campaigns.

Were looking for a Social Media Marketing Intern who is creative, proactive, and interested in understanding how social media works from both the marketing and content-production side.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain Hotbox Production’s social media accounts, primarily Instagram, Linkedin & Website blogs.
- Plan and schedule social media content including Reels, Stories, posts, and carousels.
- Research trending content, formats, sounds, and social media trends.
- Assist in developing content ideas, hooks, captions, and basic scripts.
- Coordinate with the production and creative team for upcoming shoots and content.
- Assist with shooting behind-the-scenes content, Reels, and basic social media footage.
- Learn and operate cameras for basic photography and videography requirements.
- Assist with setting up basic lighting, framing, and camera equipment during shoots.
- Help maintain a consistent visual identity across social media.
- Monitor basic social media analytics such as reach, engagement, views, and follower growth.
- Support the team with day-to-day social media and marketing activities.

Requirements




- Basic understanding of Instagram and social media platforms.
- Good understanding of current social media trends and content formats.
- Creative mindset with an ability to come up with recent content ideas.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of photography/video is preferred.
- Basic camera knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Must be open to learning camera operation, lighting, and content production.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar tools is a plus.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced creative environment.
- Students, fresh graduates, or candidates looking to build practical experience in social media and content production are welcome.
