About the Role

We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Manager to handle our real estate brand presence across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Handling Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube
- Content creation, Reels, Property shoots
- Paid ads & lead generation
- Content calendar & reporting

Need someone creative with real estate exp.
- Manage and grow all social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Create and execute content calendar for real estate projects
- Plan & shoot reels, property walkthroughs, client testimonials
- Write engaging captions, content for posts, ads & campaigns
- Run paid campaigns (Meta Ads,



Google Ads) for lead generation
- Coordinate with sales team for site visits and content
- Track performance, insights, and generate weekly reports
- Stay updated with real estate trends and competitor activity

Requirements
- Proven experience as Social Media Manager / Content Creator
- Good knowledge of Canva, Video editing, Meta Business Suite
- Understanding of paid ads and lead generation
- Excellent communication and creative skills
- Experience in real estate industry will be a plus
