About the RoleWe are looking for a Social Media Manager – Sports & Client Servicing who will primarily be responsible for handling clients, managing communication and ensuring smooth execution of social media projects.

This is not a purely content-posting or execution role.

You will act as the bridge between the client and our internal creative team — understanding requirements, communicating ideas, managing timelines, coordinating deliverables and ensuring that the client receives work that meets expectations.

The role will primarily involve sports clients and sports-related social media accounts, so an understanding of sports culture, content and digital media is important.

Key Responsibilities

Client Handling

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand client requirements, expectations and business objectives.
- Communicate briefs clearly with the internal creative, design and production teams.
- Coordinate feedback between clients and internal teams.
- Follow up on approvals, revisions and pending deliverables.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
- Handle day-to-day client communication through calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Identify client requirements and opportunities for additional content or services.




- Ensure projects move smoothly from brief → execution → approval → delivery.

Social Media Management

- Manage social media accounts for assigned sports and other clients.
- Build and maintain content calendars.
- Coordinate with designers, editors, writers and creators for content execution.
- Review content before it reaches the client.
- Ensure posts, reels and other deliverables are aligned with the agreed strategy and brand guidelines.
- Track publishing schedules and ensure timely execution.
- Monitor social media trends, especially within the sports ecosystem.

Sports Content

- Stay updated with sports, athletes, teams, tournaments and trending conversations.
- Understand how sports audiences consume content across Instagram, YouTube and other platforms.
- Identify relevant trends, moments and content opportunities.
- Contribute ideas for sports-related social media content and campaigns.

Internal Coordination

- Coordinate multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.
- Maintain clear task lists and deadlines for the creative team.
- Follow up internally to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate delays or challenges proactively.
- Participate in client meetings and internal brainstorming sessions.

What We're Looking For

- 2-4 years of experience in social media management, client servicing, account management or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.




- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube and other major social platforms.
- Genuine interest in sports and sports culture.
- Ability to understand a client's requirement and translate it into a clear internal brief.
- Strong follow-up and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
- Valuable understanding of content formats such as Reels, carousels, stories and short-form video.
- Comfortable communicating with clients professionally.
- Ability to take ownership rather than waiting for instructions.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Hindi/Hinglish communication skills are a plus.

The Ideal CandidateYou should be someone who can talk to a client, understand what they actually need, communicate it to a creative team and make sure the final work gets delivered properly. You don't need to be the best designer, editor or copywriter in the room.

You do need to understand good content, understand clients and know how to get things done.
