Compensation

Social Media Intern – Fresher / 0 Experience

Stipend: ₹3,000 – ₹8,000 per month

Social Media Manager – 6 Months to 1 Year Experience

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Final compensation will depend on skills, experience, and interview performance.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern / Social Media Manager who understands social media trends and can help manage and grow multiple brands across digital platforms.

The candidate should be comfortable with content planning, social media management, trend research, basic creative coordination, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media accounts, primarily Instagram and Facebook
- Create monthly and weekly social media content calendars
- Research current trends, viral content, audio, hashtags, and competitors
- Develop creative ideas for posts, carousels, reels, and stories
- Write engaging captions and social media copy
- Plan reel concepts, hooks, scripts, and content ideas
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for creatives
- Schedule and publish content according to the approved calendar
- Maintain consistency in each brand's visual identity and communication
- Respond to comments, messages, and basic audience interactions
- Research competitors and identify new content opportunities
- Track reach, engagement, followers, views, and other key metrics




- Prepare basic monthly social media performance reports
- Suggest strategies to improve brand visibility and engagement
- Handle multiple client/brand accounts and meet content deadlines
- Stay updated with Instagram algorithm changes and emerging social media trends

Skills Required
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook and other social platforms
- Strong content ideation and creative thinking
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools
- Understanding of Reels, Stories, Carousels and Static Posts
- Basic video/reel editing knowledge is an advantage
- Good written communication and caption-writing skills
- Understanding of hashtags, trends and audience engagement
- Ability to research competitors and industry trends
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced workplace
