- Content: Write Reel scripts, edit videos, write captions, and design posts/carousels.

- Planning: Create monthly content calendars and schedule posts on Instagram & LinkedIn.

- Engagement: Explicit DMs/replies daily, leave 10+ niche comments daily, and host Q&As;/polls.

- Influencers: Scout and partner with niche influencers and brands.

- Growth & Analytics: Track metrics, analyze competitors, and meet monthly follower/engagement targets.

- Collaboration: Align with Marketing, Sales, and HR.
