Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and highly accountable Social Media Manager with 5+ years experience to lead and manage the social media function at Mighty Warners.

The Social Media Manager will have end-to-end ownership of social media operations, strategy, team performance, client deliverables, and business outcomes across multiple accounts. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, creative direction, analytical ability, and the confidence to make decisions that directly impact client performance.

The ideal candidate should be capable of leading a team, managing multiple client accounts, setting strategic direction, maintaining quality standards, handling escalations, and ensuring that social media activities consistently deliver against defined KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

- Social Media Leadership & Strategy: Own and lead the overall social media strategy and performance for assigned client accounts.
- Team Management & Performance: Manage and guide the Social Media team, including Strategists, Executives, Content Writers, and Designers.
- Content & Creative Direction: Oversee content planning, creative direction, calendars, and execution to maintain strong and consistent brand communication.
- Platform & Campaign Management: Oversee social media platforms, campaigns, organic growth, and paid activities including Meta Ads.
- Performance, Analytics & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and drive data-based improvements through regular reporting and optimization.
- Client Management & Business Responsibility: Lead client communication, strategy discussions, presentations, feedback, and escalations while managing expectations effectively.
- Competitor & Market Analysis : Monitor competitors, industry trends, and platform updates to identify opportunities and strengthen social media strategies.




- New Business & Strategic Growth Opportunities: Provide strategic inputs for pitches, proposals, new business opportunities, and client growth initiatives.
- Quality, Compliance & Process Ownership: Maintain quality standards, ensure process compliance, and take ownership of operational issues and improvements.

Requirements

- Minimum 4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts and social media teams.
- Good knowledge of social media strategy, content, audience growth, engagement, and platform trends.
- Strong working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X, Snapchat, and WhatsApp.
- Experience with Meta Ads and social media management/reporting tools.
- Ability to read performance data, track KPIs, and improve social media results.
- Solid team management and client-handling skills, including managing feedback and escalations.
- Good communication, presentation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines effectively.
- Good creative sense with an eye for relevant, engaging, and high-quality content.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience managing international/GCC accounts and multiple industries in an agency environment.
- Experience leading end-to-end social media campaigns, covering strategy, execution, and performance.
- Experience with video content and a strong understanding of paid and organic social media.
- Experience supporting pitches, proposals, and new business, with a portfolio showing successful campaigns and results.
