Role Description The Social Media Manager Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi. The intern will support the planning, creation, and scheduling of content across multiple social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and timely execution. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with content calendars, writing captions, optimizing posts for engagement, monitoring comments and messages, and compiling performance reports.

The intern will collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to brainstorm ideas for campaigns, reels,



and stories that align with client objectives. This role also involves basic research on trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior to help refine social media strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging, and brand-appropriate content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy to support planning content calendars and aligning posts with campaign goals.
- Basic understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and current digital trends.
- Ability to work in office in Kochi, collaborate within a team, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with simple design or video tools (e.g., Canva, mobile editing apps) and an interest in creative storytelling are an added advantage.
