Deva Media Network is a creator distribution and marketing network that works with brands on CPM-based campaigns, clipping campaigns, and logo campaigns.

We work with a network of creators and social media pages to help brands distribute their content, generate reach, and build visibility across social platforms.

About the Role

We’re looking for a social media manager who genuinely understands how social platforms work and knows how people actually communicate online.

The main focus will be Reddit, Twitter/X, and LinkedIn. You should be able to create content that feels natural to each platform rather than like traditional advertising.

What You’ll Do

- Create engaging and informative content around our brand and campaigns
- Write posts that feel natural and non-promotional
- Actively engage with relevant communities and conversations
- Manage and grow our presence across Reddit, Twitter/X, and LinkedIn
- Understand platform culture, trends, humor, and community rules
- Find relevant conversations where our brand can participate naturally
- Experiment with different types of content and see what works

What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of Reddit,



Twitter/X, and LinkedIn
- Active Reddit user with a genuine understanding of Reddit communities
- Reddit account at least 2 years old
- Minimum 500 Reddit karma
- Good writing skills and a strong sense of humor
- Ability to make content feel human rather than AI-generated or promotional

Requirements / Eligibility
- At least one existing Reddit account with 500 karma
- Reddit account should be at least 2 years old
- Strong written English and ability to write naturally
- Good sense of humor and understanding of online culture
- Professional social media experience is not mandatory if you can demonstrate that you’re genuinely good at this

Work & Pay
- Fully remote
- Flexible working hours
- ₹10,000–₹25,000 per month bonus
