Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing daily content across social media platforms to showcase new drops, limited editions, and streetwear collections.

The Social Media

Manager will manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages, interacting with followers, and supporting brand-related conversations in sneaker and streetwear spaces. They will analyze performance metrics, optimize posts and campaigns, and collaborate with in-store teams to highlight events, promotions, and cultural moments. The role also includes coordinating content calendars,



aligning social media activities with marketing goals, and ensuring brand consistency in all digital communication.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan and execute effective campaigns and improve reach and engagement.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging captions, replies, and brand messages.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to develop content calendars and align posts with product launches, promotions, and brand objectives.
- Prior experience managing social media accounts for fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands is beneficial.
- Ability to interpret social media analytics, use platform insights, and adjust strategies based on performance data.
- Familiarity with sneaker culture, streetwear trends, and youth-focused digital communities is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency with social media tools and basic design or editing software (e.g., Canva, mobile editing apps) is a plus.
- Solid organizational skills, ability to work on-site in Nagpur full-time, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
