Key Responsibilities

- Strategy &
- Planning

- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.

- Create monthly content calendars and campaign roadmaps.

- Content Creation &

- Management

- Oversee creation of engaging posts, graphics, videos, and stories.

- Ensure brand consistency across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).

- Approve and schedule posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.

- Campaign Execution

- Plan and run paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

- Track ROI and optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversions.

- Analytics &

- Reporting

- Monitor KPIs (followers, engagement rate, CTR, conversions).

- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

- Community &

- Reputation Management

- Respond to comments, queries, and DMs in a timely, professional manner.





- Handle negative feedback or crises with tact and escalation protocols.

- Collaboration &

- Coordination

- Work closely with marketing, design, and sales teams for integrated campaigns.

- Liaise with external agencies or influencers for brand partnerships.

- Compliance &

- Governance

- Ensure adherence to company policies, confidentiality, and legal guidelines.

- Maintain audit-ready records of campaigns, budgets, and approvals.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
