nKey Responsibilities

nClient Servicing

nCoordinate with clients to understand campaign objectives and content requirements.

nBuild and maintain solid client relationships through effective communication.

nPresent creative ideas, campaign plans, and content strategies to clients.

nEnsure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.

nSocial Media & Content Strategy

nResearch social media trends, audience behaviour, and competitor activities.

nDevelop monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals.

nIdeate engaging content concepts for reels, videos, and static creatives.

nWrite scripts, captions, and compelling copy for social media platforms.

nAssist in developing campaign strategies and creative directions.

nContent Production

nCoordinate and manage content shoots and production schedules.

nWork closely with designers, videographers, editors, and other creative team members.

nEnsure smooth execution of content production from planning to delivery.

nSupport the publishing and execution of content across social media platforms.

nPresent content on camera when required (optional).

nSkills Required

nStrong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging social media platforms.

nCreative thinking with an eye for trends and storytelling.

nBasic knowledge of content strategy and digital marketing.

nExcellent communication and presentation skills.

nStrong organizational and project management abilities.

nAbility to multitask and meet deadlines.

nTeam player with a positive and proactive attitude.

nPreferred Qualifications

n2-6 years of experience in social media management, content strategy, or client servicing (Freshers with exceptional portfolios may also apply).

nExperience working with creative agencies or digital marketing teams will be an added advantage.
