Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in the Mohali district.

The Social Media

Manager will plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms to build brand awareness and engage target audiences. Daily tasks include managing social media calendars, writing and editing posts, coordinating visual assets with designers, and optimizing content for each platform. The role involves monitoring social media performance, analyzing engagement metrics, and adjusting strategies to improve reach and conversions.

Manager will collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to align social media campaigns with business objectives and property-focused initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage campaigns and enhance platform performance.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Writing skills to create explicit, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Content Strategy to plan, structure, and execute effective social media content calendars.
- Experience with analytics tools, reporting on social media performance, and data-driven optimization is beneficial.
- Familiarity with real estate or property-related marketing, including understanding of local markets, is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Mohali district, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple platforms and deadlines.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
