Role & Responsibilities:

1. As an Account Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, including digital marketing, production, website development, and sales.
2. Your role will involve end-to-end ownership of client accounts, execution coordination, reporting, production planning, and sales support. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Client Management & Servicing:
1. Manage end-to-end client relationships and ensure timely delivery of services across social media, SEO, performance marketing, and website-related activities.
2. Act as a single point of contact between clients and internal teams (developers, designers, marketers) to track progress, gather feedback, and ensure timely closures.
3. Ensure daily communication with clients through calls and updates on ongoing tasks, daily activities, and deliverables.
4. Maintain detailed records of all client communications, tasks, deliverables, and updates using the company’s prescribed tools or systems.
5. Conduct mandatory monthly in-person client meetings to present reports, review performance,



and plan upcoming activities.
6. Visit client locations as required for meetings, coordination, and reviews. The candidate should know how to drive.
7. Actively work towards client retention by ensuring client satisfaction, addressing concerns proactively, and maintaining long-term relationships.

Digital Marketing & Production Coordination
1. Plan, create, and maintain monthly social media content calendars, including basic copywriting and Canva-based creatives.
2. Handle production planning, content planning, and script preparation for shoots and campaigns.
3. Coordinate with designers, video editors, and production teams to ensure timely execution.
4. Visit client locations and coordinate with the production team during shoots to ensure smooth execution.

Website Coordination
1. Coordinate with website developers to ensure all website-related updates, tasks, and projects are completed within agreed timelines.
2. Track website deliverables and communicate progress clearly to clients.

Reporting & Communication
1. Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with clients, ensuring clarity and transparency.
2. Communicate professionally and fluently in English. Knowledge of Hindi and Kannada will be a solid advantage.

Sales Support, Upselling & Revenue Responsibilities
1. Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or add-on services to existing clients.
2. Generate client invoices, manage monthly retainer collections, and follow up onpending payments.

Tools & Systems Use and manage CRM and invoicing tools such as Salesforce, TeleCRM, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho invoicing
