About the Role

Airace Technologies is looking for a Social Media Manager to manage and grow the company's social media presence across relevant digital platforms.

The role is focused on social media strategy, platform management, publishing, audience engagement, campaign coordination, analytics, and growth.

The Social Media Manager will receive creative content from the Content Creator and will be responsible for ensuring that the right content reaches the right audience through the appropriate platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

- Manage the company's official LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media accounts.
- Maintain the company's social media profiles and ensure all account information remains accurate and updated.
- Develop a monthly and quarterly social media strategy based on business and marketing objectives.
- Prepare and manage the social media publishing calendar.
- Schedule and publish approved content at appropriate dates and times.
- Select the appropriate platform and format for each piece of approved content.
- Maintain consistency in posting frequency and platform activity.

Audience & Community Management
- Monitor comments, direct messages, mentions, tags, and customer interactions.
- Respond to routine social media queries and coordinate with relevant internal teams for technical or business-related queries.
- Monitor audience sentiment and identify frequently asked questions or concerns.
- Build and maintain relationships with the company's online audience.
- Identify opportunities for improving audience engagement.

Campaign Management
- Plan and coordinate social media campaigns for product launches, exhibitions, events, announcements, festivals, and company initiatives.
- Define campaign objectives,



target audiences, platforms, timelines, and KPIs.
- Coordinate with the Content Creator and Design team to obtain required creative assets.
- Manage campaign schedules and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate basic paid social media campaigns where required.

Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor social media performance using platform analytics.
- Track reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, profile visits, clicks, leads, and other relevant metrics.
- Prepare weekly/monthly social media performance reports.
- Identify high-performing and underperforming content based on data.
- Recommend changes to posting frequency, timing, platforms, and campaign strategy based on performance.
- Maintain records of social media growth and campaign results.

Research & Growth
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, platform updates, and emerging social media opportunities.
- Research target audiences and identify relevant platforms and communities.
- Identify opportunities to increase organic reach and audience growth.
- Stay updated with changes in social media algorithms, features, and best practices.
- Research relevant hashtags, keywords, communities, and audience interests.

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
- Understanding of social media algorithms, engagement, and audience growth.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of tools such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of paid social media advertising is an advantage.
