Digital Podes Media is looking for a sharp, curious Social Media intern to join our team. The role is at the intersection of Social Media, Content writing.. You will work closely with us to build and execute content across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in writing, editing, and creating content for social media platforms including LinkedIn and Twitter/X, covering portfolio announcements, industry commentary, team moments, and thought leadership.
- Research social media trends, content formats, and storytelling approaches that work well in the venture capital and startup ecosystem.
- Track social media performance across reach, engagement, impressions, and other key metrics, and help identify weekly insights and learnings.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the social media content calendar to ensure timely, consistent, and well-planned publishing.
- Participate in relevant calls, meetings, and content reviews to understand how social media ideas and content decisions are developed.
- Help create and organize reusable social media ideas, post formats,and writing guidelines.
- Stay updated on social media trends to identify relevant content opportunities.
- Assist with brainstorming new social media ideas and experimenting with different content formats to improve engagement and reach.

- A good communicator with an interest in creating engaging content for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other social channels.
- Genuinely curious about digital marketing, social media trends, brands, and how businesses use content to connect with their audiences.
- Comfortable experimenting with different content ideas, formats, and tones for different platforms and audiences.




- Someone who naturally notices interesting content online and is curious about why certain posts perform better than others.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, taking feedback, and learning through hands-on experience.
- Willing to explore current tools, trends, and ideas while keeping up with the constantly changing social media landscape.
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with an eagerness to contribute ideas and learn how social media strategies are built and executed.

Bonus if You Have

- A portfolio of social media work, personal content, a blog, or a well-maintained social media account.
- Experience creating or experimenting with content for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, or YouTube.
- A basic understanding of social media trends, content formats, and what makes content engaging and shareable.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Notion, Meta Business Suite, or social media scheduling and analytics platforms.
- Experience using AI tools responsibly and efficiently for content ideation, research, writing, or content creation.
- Prior experience managing social media pages, creating content, or working in a digital marketing, creative, or startup environment.
- An eye for design, storytelling, trends, and attention-grabbing content.

Work Details • Stipend: ₹5,000 per month

- Location: Pratap Nagar, Nagpur
- Work Timing: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Work Offs: 1st & 3rd Saturday Every Sunday
- Employment Type: Internship (On-Site)
- Internship Duration: 6 Months
- Opportunity: Full-time role based on performance and organisational requirements
