Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage and grow StarAndDaisy's social media presence. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, increasing audience engagement, and supporting the company's digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage StarAndDaisy's social media accounts and maintain a consistent brand presence.
- Plan and create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and coordinate posts, reels, stories, videos, and promotional content.
- Develop monthly and weekly social media content calendars.
- Write creative captions, hashtags, and promotional copy.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience interactions and respond appropriately.
- Increase followers, reach, engagement, and overall social media visibility.
- Coordinate with the design, video, e-commerce, and marketing teams for content requirements.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, reels formats, trending audio, and content ideas.
- Research competitors and identify new content opportunities.
- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, followers, and content performance.
- Support promotional campaigns,



product launches, offers, festivals, and company events.
- Ensure all content follows StarAndDaisy's brand guidelines and maintains a professional image.
- Assist in influencer collaborations and social media campaigns when required.

Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Freshers with strong social media knowledge and a creative portfolio may also apply.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Strong content writing and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other content creation tools.
- Knowledge of Instagram Reels and short-form video content.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of current social media trends.
- Positive organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and insights.
