Key Responsibilities Create and curate engaging content including images, videos, captions, stories, and reels.

Execute social media strategies to increase online presence and engagement.

Manage daily posting and scheduling across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, tags, and mentions professionally.

Research trending topics, hashtags, memes, audio, and platform features.

Track social media performance including reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions.

Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements.

Coordinate with design and marketing teams for campaigns and promotional creatives.

Identify and communicate with influencers for brand collaborations.

Assist with paid campaigns on Meta platforms and Google Ads, where applicable.





Monitor online brand sentiment and respond appropriately to feedback or criticism.

Required Skills Basic understanding of major social media platforms.

Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging content ideas.

Basic content writing, caption writing, hashtag usage, and storytelling skills.

Basic knowledge of Canva is an advantage.

Good understanding of current social media trends.

Valuable written and verbal communication skills.

Basic understanding of social media analytics and insights.

Good time management and organizational skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt to changing social media algorithms.

- Ability to work collaboratively with designers, marketing teams, and clients.
