We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive responsible for strengthening the company's digital presence, improving brand visibility, and creating engaging content across social media platforms.

The role will involve managing Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other digital channels, developing content, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting digital marketing initiatives aligned with the company's brand and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the company's Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn pages.
- Develop and execute a social media content calendar aligned with company activities, business objectives and key events.
- Create and publish engaging posts, creatives, captions, reels, stories and corporate updates.
- Develop content highlighting the company's products, projects, achievements, employees, events and workplace culture.
- Improve overall brand visibility and digital presence across relevant platforms.
- Coordinate with HR, Sales, Management and other departments to collect information and develop relevant content.
- Plan and execute employee engagement, employer branding and corporate communication campaigns on social media.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities and industry developments and suggest relevant content ideas.
- Support digital marketing campaigns, including paid social media campaigns where required.
- Track social media performance through metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, followers,



leads and content performance.
- Prepare periodic social media and digital marketing reports with insights and recommendations.
- Maintain consistency in the company's brand identity, tone, visual communication and messaging.
- Coordinate with external agencies, graphic designers, photographers, videographers and other vendors, wherever required.
- Support website/content updates and other digital initiatives as assigned.
- Ensure timely posting of important company announcements, festivals, achievements, events and business milestones.
