Market Culture is looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage and grow social media accounts for our company and clients. The candidate should have a good understanding of social media platforms, content planning, publishing, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Prepare and maintain monthly content calendars.
- Coordinate with the creative and video editing teams for content production.
- Schedule and publish posts, reels, stories, and other social media content.
- Monitor engagement, comments, messages, and audience interactions.
- Research current trends, hashtags, content formats, and competitor activities.
- Develop content ideas based on brand requirements and trends.
- Coordinate with clients for content requirements, approvals, and updates.
- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports.




- Maintain daily work/reporting updates.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns.
- Coordinate with the production team during shoots when required.

Requirements
- Basic understanding of social media marketing and content strategy.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Solid communication and coordination skills.
- Creative mindset with an interest in social media trends.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools is an advantage.
- Prior experience in social media management is preferred, but freshers with relevant skills may also apply.

What We Offer Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
