Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Designer role based in Noida.

The Social Media

Designer will create visually engaging content for social media platforms, including static graphics, motion posts, and promotional materials aligned with brand guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing layouts, selecting typography and colors, and adapting designs for various formats such as posts, stories, ads, and banners. The role involves collaborating with marketing and content teams, translating briefs into creative assets, maintaining design consistency across campaigns, and delivering projects within deadlines.

Designer will also stay updated with design trends and platform-specific best practices to enhance audience engagement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create polished, platform-ready visual content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to maintain and evolve cohesive brand identities across social media channels.
- Candidates should possess skills in Typography and layout design, ensuring clear hierarchy, readability, and visual balance in all assets.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar) and basic knowledge of motion graphics is beneficial.
- Relevant experience designing for social media platforms, an eye for detail, and a strong portfolio showcasing digital design work are preferred.
- Ability to collaborate in a team workplace, manage multiple projects, and communicate design ideas clearly is required.
- A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is advantageous, though equivalent practical experience is also valued.
