Live Fiesta is looking for a Social Media & Digital Growth Manager to manage our social media presence and drive measurable growth through content, paid campaigns and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities Plan and manage social media content across Instagram and other relevant platforms. Run and optimise Meta Ads campaigns focused on reach, engagement, leads and ticket sales. Develop event-specific digital marketing and growth strategies.

Coordinate with designers, creators and influencers for campaign execution. Build and manage audiences, retargeting and remarketing campaigns. Track campaign performance, conversions, ROAS and key growth metrics.

Identify trends and content opportunities across entertainment, events and youth culture.



Work closely with internal teams to align marketing campaigns with ticket sales and event requirements.

Candidate Profile

Minimum 3 years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing or Growth Marketing. Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager . Strong understanding of Instagram, content strategy and performance campaigns. Valuable communication, copywriting and analytical skills.

Experience in events, entertainment, ticketing, media or consumer brands is preferred.
