Role Description The Social Media & Content Creator is a full-time, in office role based in Noida Sector 136. The role involves planning, creating, and publishing engaging content for social media platforms to promote Homez & Own’s services, property listings, and brand.

Responsibilities include producing written, visual, and video content; managing posting schedules; and monitoring engagement and inquiries received through social channels. The role also supports marketing campaigns, collaborates with the real estate team to understand key offerings, and adapts content to reflect local market trends and client needs.



Day-to-day tasks include content ideation, basic design or video editing, community management (comments and messages), and reporting on content performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in social media management, community engagement, and basic analytics to grow and nurture online audiences.
- Candidates should possess skills in content writing, copywriting, and storytelling to create clear, compelling posts and marketing messages.
- Candidates should possess skills in basic graphic design, photo editing, and video creation or editing to produce visually appealing content.
- Candidates should possess skills in planning, organizing, and time management to handle content calendars and deadlines effectively.
- Candidates should possess skills in communication, collaboration, and client-centric thinking to work closely with consultants and reflect client needs in content.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media, or a related field is beneficial; prior experience in real estate marketing or local market knowledge in Delhi/NCR is an advantage.
- Comfort with on-site work in Sadar and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment are important.
